PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Once an order has entered processing, sourcing, preparation, or dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled.

Multi Donor orders are sourced on a pre-order basis. As sourcing begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests made after processing has commenced may not be approved.

N'LIRE HAIR reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
