At N'LIRE HAIR, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

Single Donor orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Multi Donor orders are fulfilled on a pre-order basis. Please allow 7–14 business days from the date of payment for your order to be sourced, prepared, and dispatched.

While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Should there be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

International orders will be shipped using a suitable tracked delivery service. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

N'LIRE HAIR is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist with delivery issues, N'LIRE HAIR cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a parcel is returned to N'LIRE HAIR due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
