RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At N'LIRE HAIR, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Products that have been worn, installed, coloured, bleached, cut, washed, altered, or otherwise used
• Custom or made-to-order items
Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of N’LIRE HAIR.
If you believe you have received the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nlire.hair with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where an error has been made on our part, we will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
To be eligible for consideration, products must remain:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In their original packaging with all ties, labels, and security measures intact
Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
